In the BarTender software

Save a label in .prn format

Please open each step below...

Open BarTender and select the label template you want to use.

Click Print to open the print dialog.

Select File as the print method and then select PRN as the file format.

Enter a file path and name for the printed file and click OK to begin the print.

Put the file on a USB drive

Use File Explorer in Windows to put your .prn file on your USB drive. Note that the drive must be pre-formatted with FAT32. The label printer cannot read USB drives formatted with NTFS or other file formats.
