According to our Refund and Return Policy, customers are only eligible for a refund if the activation code has not been redeemed for a license key. Once the activation code is redeemed for a license key, the right to a refund is forfeited. Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations, consumers have the right to a refund within 14 days, but this does not apply once the activation code has been redeemed. The activation code can be considered a seal that is broken upon redemption. Refund requests can be made by emailing info@tagpresto.com.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
