General Terms and Conditions for Sale of Digital Products

1. Introduction
   These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the sale of digital products (the “Products”) by Blackpill Innovative Developments AB with company number 556852-3418 (the “Seller”) to you (the “Customer”). By placing an order for a Product, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
     
2. Orders and Acceptance
   Orders for Products can be placed through the Seller’s website or by contacting the Seller directly. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller, and the Seller reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion.
    
3. Price and Payment
   The price of the Products will be as stated on the Seller’s website or as otherwise agreed between the Seller and the Customer. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added to the total price. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. 
    
4. Delivery
   The Products will be delivered to the Customer by electronic means, such as by email or through a download link. The Products will be deemed to have been delivered when the Seller makes them available to the Customer. 
    
5. Intellectual Property
   The Products are protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws. The Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for their intended purpose. The Customer may not copy, modify, or distribute the Products without the prior written consent of the Seller. 
    
6. Refund
   According to our Refund and Return Policy, customers are only eligible for a refund if the activation code has not been redeemed for a license key. Once the activation code is redeemed for a license key, the right to a refund is forfeited. Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations, consumers have the right to a refund within 14 days, but this does not apply once the activation code has been redeemed. The activation code can be considered a seal that is broken upon redemption. Refund requests can be made by emailing info@tagpresto.com.
