Adjust print quality

For PC43d, PC43t, PD43, PM23, PM43, PM43c, PM42 models.

Access from the LCD menu

Ensure that the printhead, platen roller, and media path have been cleaned according to the manufacturer’s instructions before attempting to make any changes to the print quality.

Please open each step below...

Press the combined [Menu / Home] key to enter Main Menu.

Navigate to Settings > Printing > Print Quality.

Change the Print Quality Settings to fit your needs.
